FAQ
How long until I get my key?
LTC is usually about 10 minutes. BTC takes 30-60. The key shows on the receipt page and gets emailed as soon as the payment hits.
What if I underpay or send the wrong coin?
Underpay won't auto-deliver. Open a ticket with the TXID and we either top it up or refund. Wrong coin to the wrong address is gone, that's how crypto works.
What if my key gets banned?
If the hub bans the key for no reason on your end, send us the key and we replace it. Banned for sharing or abuse, no replacement.
Can I share my key with friends?
No. The hub will see multiple HWIDs and ban it, then you lose the key.
